Link ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or another MCP-compatible assistant to your ReceptionIQ account. Your assistant can then read your conversations, appointments, leads and voice calls — scoped to the businesses you own.

Choose the assistant you want to connect.

ChatGPT
  1. Open ChatGPT Connectors and enable Developer mode if it is not already on.
  2. Use this direct link to open the new connector dialog.
  3. Paste the URL above into the URL field and name it “ReceptionIQ”.
  4. Review the details, check the warning acknowledgement, then create it.
  5. Enable the connector from the chat composer and ask ChatGPT about your business.
Claude (claude.ai)
  1. Open Claude's custom connector page with the URL prefilled.
  2. Review the details and click “Add”.
  3. Enable the connector in the chat composer and ask Claude about your business.
Claude Code

Run this one-line command in your terminal:

claude mcp add --scope user --transport http ai-receptionist-pro ''

Then start Claude Code and run /mcp to confirm ReceptionIQ is connected.

Other MCP clients
  1. Open your client's MCP server or custom connector settings.
  2. Create a remote MCP server connection.
  3. Name it “ReceptionIQ” and paste the URL above.
  4. Complete any sign-in or authorization prompts.
  5. Enable the connection and ask the assistant about your business.

Refresh after the app changes

When ReceptionIQ adds or updates tools, refresh the connection so your assistant sees the latest list.

ChatGPT
  • Open ChatGPT's Plugins page and select the ReceptionIQ connector.
  • Scroll to “Information” and click “Refresh”.
  • If the URL has changed, delete the connector and add it again.
  • Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT to use ReceptionIQ.
Claude
  • Open the Connectors page and select ReceptionIQ.
  • Refresh or update the connector's tools.
  • If the URL has changed, remove the connector and add it again.
  • Ask Claude to use ReceptionIQ.
Claude Code
  • Start a new Claude Code session to load the latest tools.
  • If the URL changed, run claude mcp remove ai-receptionist-pro then run the install command again.
  • Ask Claude Code to use ReceptionIQ.
Other MCP clients
  • Open the MCP server or connector settings.
  • Select the ReceptionIQ connection.
  • Refresh the tool list, reload the server, or reconnect it.
  • If the URL changed, paste the latest URL from above.
  • Start a new chat or session and ask the assistant to use ReceptionIQ.
