Billing & Subscription Terms

These Billing & Subscription Terms apply to every ReceptionIQ subscription sold by CHIC EXPERT LTD, trading as ReceptionIQ. They form part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Refund Policy.

1. Payment processor

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. on behalf of CHIC EXPERT LTD. Stripe securely processes your payment, issues receipts, manages your saved payment method, and handles renewal and cancellation mechanics. Your purchase is also governed by Stripe's Services Agreement for End Users.

2. Plans and pricing

• Starter — $29 per month: 1 business, 1 team member, up to 500 AI conversations per month, website widget + WhatsApp, email support.
• Growth — $59 per month: 1 business, 3 team members, up to 2,500 AI conversations per month, AI knowledge base, advanced analytics, priority support.
• Business — $99 per month: up to 5 business locations, 10 team members, up to 10,000 AI conversations per month, advanced permissions, premium support.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude tax unless stated otherwise at checkout. The final amount, currency and tax are confirmed by Stripe on the checkout screen before you pay; that amount is what will be charged.

3. Billing cycle and automatic renewal

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on the date you subscribe, and renew automatically each month for a further month at the then-current price until cancelled. Stripe charges your saved payment method on each renewal date without further action by you. If your renewal date does not exist in a given month, it is billed on the last day of that month.

4. Free trials

Every paid plan starts with a 3-day free trial. The trial length, the price and date of the first charge, and the fact that the subscription converts automatically to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends, will all be stated on the checkout screen before you confirm.

5. Taxes and invoices

Stripe determines and applies any VAT, GST or sales tax based on your billing location and any valid business tax ID you provide at checkout. Stripe issues a receipt or tax invoice by email for every payment and keeps your invoice history available in the Stripe customer portal.

6. Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe retries the charge over several days and emails you to update your payment method. During this period your subscription is marked past due and access continues. If payment is still unresolved after the retry period, the subscription is cancelled and paid features are disabled.

7. Upgrades and downgrades

You can move between plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and Stripe charges a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period, and usage limits of the lower plan apply from that date.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account or through Stripe's customer portal. Cancellation stops all future charges. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account reverts to no paid access. We do not pro-rate mid-period cancellations except as described in our Refund Policy.

9. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. Refunds are processed by CHIC EXPERT LTD. Full details, including renewals and service-failure credits, are in our Refund Policy.

10. Price changes

We may change plan prices with at least 30 days' notice by email before the change applies to your next renewal. If you do not accept the new price, you can cancel before that renewal date.

11. Usage limits and overages

Each plan includes a monthly conversation allowance. We notify you as you approach the limit. We do not charge automatic overage fees; once the allowance is reached the AI stops generating new replies until you upgrade or the allowance resets on your next billing date.
